Senior Engineering Manager - Product Security (Shield Team)

What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for the Product Security team, you will lead two engineering teams focused on Identity & Access Management and Platform Security. You will be responsible for defining the team's roadmap and ensuring the successful delivery of security features that meet industry standards. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving the implementation of security frameworks such as zero-trust architecture and encryption protocols. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to integrate security features into the wider Rubrik portfolio, ensuring that security is a priority in all product development processes. You will also oversee the development of login security features, including multi-factor authentication and passwordless login solutions, and manage integrations with third-party services. Your leadership will be crucial in building a culture of security awareness and best practices within the organization.
