Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the financial services industry, where you've developed a strong understanding of client needs and how to translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud is complemented by your ability to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and manage project lifecycles from inception to post-go-live support. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have a keen interest in pre-sales activities, showcasing your ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

You possess a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to model business needs and define appropriate Salesforce solutions that drive value for clients in banking and insurance. Your technical acumen enables you to navigate the complexities of Salesforce configurations and customizations, ensuring that the solutions you propose are not only feasible but also scalable and sustainable. You are fluent in English, which allows you to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.

Desirable

While your primary focus is on Salesforce, any additional experience with other CRM platforms or financial services technologies would be a plus. You are also encouraged to bring your insights into industry best practices and benchmarks, contributing to the continuous improvement of project methodologies and accelerators within the organization.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Business Analyst Salesforce, you will take the lead on high-impact projects for clients in the financial services sector. You will begin by engaging with clients to understand their business needs, conducting thorough analyses to model these requirements accurately. Your role will involve defining tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring that all aspects of the project are covered from requirements gathering to implementation.

You will manage the entire project lifecycle, which includes feasibility studies, project scoping, configuration, testing, and preparing for go-live. Post-implementation, you will provide support to ensure that the solutions are functioning as intended and that clients are fully equipped to leverage the new systems effectively. Your contributions will not only enhance client satisfaction but also help in building long-term relationships based on trust and successful outcomes.

Additionally, you will capitalize on your project experiences to structure sector-specific feedback and contribute to the formalization of business accelerators, such as templates and best practices, that can be utilized in future projects.
