Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the financial services industry, where you've developed a strong understanding of client needs and how to translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud is complemented by your ability to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and manage project lifecycles from inception to post-go-live support. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have a keen interest in pre-sales activities, showcasing your ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

You possess a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to model business needs and define appropriate Salesforce solutions that drive value for clients in banking and insurance.
