Delinea is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support Customer Success Managers with technical expertise. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and effective use of Delinea's Identity Security Platform. Experience in customer support or technical roles is preferred.
You have a strong background in customer support or technical roles, ideally with experience in identity security or related fields. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your problem-solving abilities allow you to address customer inquiries and challenges efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively to meet customer needs. You are a team player who collaborates well with Customer Success Managers and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. You are passionate about technology and eager to learn about Delinea's products and services to provide the best support possible.
As a Customer Success Engineer at Delinea, you will serve as the technical backbone for Customer Success Managers, providing on-demand technical assistance to ensure customers are successfully utilizing the Identity Security Platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, offering solutions and guidance to enhance their experience with our products. You will assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are set up for success. You will also collaborate with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. You will participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product features and enhancements, enabling you to provide informed support to customers. You will help create documentation and resources that empower customers to maximize their use of the platform.
