What you'll do

In your role as Technical Lead, you will define and evolve the technical architecture of the Chubb.IO digital insurance platform for LATAM. You will lead technical decision-making regarding the technology stack, frameworks, and infrastructure, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in engineering and code quality. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through complex technical challenges and ensuring successful project delivery.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of clients and end-users. Your responsibilities will include conducting code reviews, providing feedback on technical designs, and ensuring that the team is following established coding standards and practices.
