You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in the technology or advertising sectors. Your leadership skills are complemented by a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics, allowing you to effectively drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.

You are adept at analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to communicate effectively and inspire your team is key to fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.

Your experience includes managing sales teams, setting performance targets, and implementing training programs that enhance team capabilities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a global market.

Desirable

Experience in digital advertising or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing. You are passionate about leveraging data to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

What you'll do
