What you'll do

As the Product Management Director at Earnin, you will lead the evolution of the Money Platform, which is central to the company's mission of providing financial flexibility to users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a robust infrastructure that supports wallet functionalities, money transfers, and financial record-keeping. Your role will involve defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives while prioritizing user needs.

You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly and compliant solutions. Your leadership will guide teams in conducting user research, A/B testing, and gathering feedback to refine product offerings continuously.
