Who you are

You have extensive experience in maintenance engineering, demonstrating a strong understanding of machinery safety practices and compliance standards. Your ability to monitor equipment performance through visual checks and condition-based monitoring is essential for this role. You are skilled in preventive maintenance and can identify when extraordinary maintenance is required to minimize operational disruptions. You have a proven track record of supervising technical staff, fostering their development, and acting as a key point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead your team during shifts, ensuring that all safety practices are followed and that machinery is used correctly. You will monitor equipment performance closely, conducting visual inspections and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. When necessary, you will coordinate extraordinary maintenance interventions to minimize downtime.
