What you'll do

In this role, you will be the CTO’s force multiplier, responsible for running the engineering operating cadence and driving strategic initiatives. You will partner on mission-critical programs that span across platform, data, product, and security, ensuring that priorities are clear and decisions are accelerated. Your ability to model Klaviyo’s values will be essential as you work to create a predictable operating system that enhances collaboration and efficiency within the engineering team.

You will engage with various stakeholders to clarify priorities and facilitate decision-making processes. Your structured approach will help navigate complex challenges and ensure that the engineering team is aligned with the broader organizational goals. You will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, where every team member feels empowered to contribute to the company’s success.
