You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in managing partnerships and driving growth initiatives. You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess operational and financial impacts effectively. Your ability to conceptualize and test new products will be crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for ideating and executing key international strategic partnerships. You are comfortable working with data and can operationalize data-driven experiments to optimize marketing strategies and consumer engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments and can work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. As a Senior Associate on the DashPass Partnerships S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key international strategic partnerships aimed at driving DashPass adoption and long-term growth. Additionally, you will analyze the operational and financial impacts of your strategies, providing insights that will inform future decisions. You will report to the Associate Manager on the DashPass Partnerships team, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in your initiatives.
