You understand the nuances of category strategy and go-to-market execution, and you are adept at using data to inform your decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey insights and strategies to both internal teams and external partners. You are passionate about e-commerce and understand the dynamics of online marketplaces, which enables you to guide sellers effectively. You are a problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions that benefit both sellers and buyers.
Desirable
Experience in the e-commerce sector or with live shopping platforms would be a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from seller performance metrics is also desirable. A background in marketing or product management can enhance your ability to contribute to the team’s objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of up to 200 sellers, applying a structured approach to coaching and engagement. You will work closely with your Category Lead to develop strategies that elevate the seller experience and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing seller performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. You will collaborate with the Marketing, Trust & Safety, and Product teams to ensure that seller insights are translated into actionable strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans that align with the company’s objectives. Regular communication with sellers to provide guidance and support will be a key part of your role, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed on the platform. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Whatnot’s marketplace by fostering strong relationships and driving seller success.
