What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Price Sharpness team, coordinating audits and developing strategies to ensure pricing effectiveness across Coupang's product offerings. You will conduct thorough analyses of product pricing, benchmarking against competitors to identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing audit processes that enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with the operations team to escalate issues and develop sustainable solutions that align with company policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying emerging risks that could impact pricing effectiveness and proposing actionable strategies to mitigate these risks. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Price Sharpness team.
