What you'll do

As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and ensure that all products are accounted for. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Clear communication with customers through the app will be essential, especially when substitution approvals are needed. You will also maintain a safe working environment by adhering to DashMart safety and security standards and completing all cleaning and organization tasks assigned by management.
