You have experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the financial technology sector, and understand the nuances of attracting top engineering talent. You are skilled in building relationships with hiring managers and have a keen eye for identifying candidates who align with the company's mission and values. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working closely with engineering and product teams to understand their hiring needs. You are proactive in your approach and are always looking for innovative ways to attract diverse talent. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent for DriveWealth. You will partner with engineering and product leadership to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. You will leverage various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of candidates. You will also assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring they align with DriveWealth's values. You will track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and provide insights to leadership. You will be an advocate for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they have a positive experience with DriveWealth.
