You have a proven track record in collections and accounts receivable, with experience in designing and implementing scalable processes that improve cash flow and reduce delinquency. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience to drive initiatives that enhance the customer payment experience. Your ability to influence without authority is a key strength, allowing you to lead cross-functional teams effectively. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of compliance and internal controls, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to standards like SOX. You enjoy owning high-impact work and are passionate about building durable operational foundations that support company growth.
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with security compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You may also have a background in finance or operations, which will help you navigate the complexities of the order-to-cash lifecycle.
