Samsara is hiring a Customer Success Associate for the Public Sector to work closely with top customers and customize solutions for their needs. This role requires strong collaboration with various teams and offers a chance to impact the future of physical operations.
You are a motivated individual eager to support customers in the public sector by understanding their unique needs and helping them leverage Samsara's solutions effectively. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our public sector customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to maximize the value of our products. You will work closely with the Implementation team to understand customer requirements and provide ongoing guidance as they integrate Samsara's solutions into their operations. You will collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, helping to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements, ensuring that our offerings meet their evolving needs. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to check in on their progress and address any challenges they may face.
