Who you are

You are a motivated individual eager to support customers in the public sector by understanding their unique needs and helping them leverage Samsara's solutions effectively. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, engaging with various teams such as Sales, Support, and Product. You are adaptable and ready to learn about the intricacies of fleet management and IoT technology, ensuring that you can provide tailored advice to customers. What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our public sector customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to maximize the value of our products. You will work closely with the Implementation team to understand customer requirements and provide ongoing guidance as they integrate Samsara's solutions into their operations. You will collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, helping to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements, ensuring that our offerings meet their evolving needs. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to check in on their progress and address any challenges they may face.
