Reflection is seeking a Security Engineer to implement and operate technical security controls and compliance requirements. You'll work with cloud infrastructure and AI development workflows, utilizing skills in AWS, Docker, and Python.
You have a strong background in security engineering with hands-on experience in securing cloud infrastructure and internal systems. You understand IAM controls and have a solid grasp of least-privilege permissions. Your familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting for security-relevant events sets you apart. You are skilled in vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking, ensuring that security practices are maintained across all systems. You are comfortable working with endpoint protection and device security tooling, and you support secure CI/CD practices, including secrets management and environment separation. Your knowledge extends to securing datasets used for model training and evaluation, and you help enforce data classification and handling standards.
In this role, you will assist in securing Reflection's cloud infrastructure and internal systems, collaborating closely with the Foundations engineering team and Operations team. You will help implement and maintain IAM controls, conduct access reviews, and ensure that least-privilege permissions are enforced. Your responsibilities will include supporting logging, monitoring, and alerting for security-relevant events, as well as assisting with vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking. You will also maintain endpoint protection and device security tooling, ensuring that all systems are secure. Additionally, you will support secure CI/CD practices, focusing on secrets management and environment separation. You will play a key role in securing datasets used for AI model training and evaluation, helping to enforce data classification and handling standards while supporting basic dataset reviews.
