Contentful is seeking a Senior Customer Insights Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You'll work with SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau to analyze key customer experience metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in customer insights.
You have 5+ years of experience in customer insights or analytics, with a strong ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. You are skilled in analyzing customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and retention, and you understand how these metrics influence customer satisfaction and growth. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI allows you to create impactful reports and dashboards that communicate insights effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to enhance customer journeys and drive retention strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with customer engagement tools. You have a knack for storytelling through data, enabling you to present complex insights in a clear and compelling manner. Your analytical mindset is complemented by strong communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders and drive strategic decisions based on data.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic analytics partner within the Customer Insights & Adoption team at Contentful. You will analyze key customer experience metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement and drive customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include delivering deep-dive analyses that inform tactical improvements and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer journeys. You will leverage Contentful’s Insight360 platform to interrogate data and experiment with different approaches to deliver insights that lead to meaningful actions across the company. You will also build reports and dashboards that bring the voice of the customer to life, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into business strategies.
