What you'll do

As a Customer Service Advisor at Farfetch, you will be the face and voice of our strategic partners, providing exceptional service to customers. You will assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have a memorable shopping experience. Your role will involve managing the entire order journey, from creating online content to ensuring secure payments and order fulfillment. You will work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality support and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
