Overview

Affirm is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive growth initiatives. This role requires strong relationship management and analytical skills, with a focus on contract negotiation and revenue generation.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing key accounts and driving strategic initiatives. Your relationship management skills are outstanding, allowing you to build and maintain strong partnerships with clients. You possess strong analytical skills that enable you to assess partner performance and recommend programs for improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You thrive in a results-oriented environment and are adept at navigating complex contract negotiations and pricing strategies. Your ability to develop and execute sophisticated account plans will be key to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services or technology sector would be a plus, as would familiarity with revenue generation strategies and marketing initiatives. A background in data analysis or performance metrics can enhance your ability to drive product adoption and visibility within your accounts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on developing and driving strategic initiatives that align with Affirm's goals. You will be responsible for complex contract negotiations and identifying expansion opportunities to drive revenue and General Merchandise Volume (GMV). Your role will involve analyzing partner performance and recommending programs to increase product adoption and awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technical, and Credit, to ensure alignment and execution of account strategies. Your ability to engage with executives and manage relationships will be crucial as you work towards ambitious results across the business.
