What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Dialpad, you will take ownership of the Client Hosts roadmap, collaborating with a team of over 100 engineers to build and maintain top-level application wrappers. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, ensuring that the platform is intuitive and efficient.

You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to uphold high standards within the team. You will also participate in architectural discussions, contributing your insights to improve system design and performance.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your ability to communicate effectively will help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals.
