What you'll do

As the Product Design Lead at Carta, you will take the helm of design initiatives that drive the user experience for our Fund Administration platform. You will lead a talented design team, guiding them through the design process from ideation to execution. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and user needs. You will be responsible for establishing design standards and best practices, ensuring consistency across our products.

You will also conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. By analyzing user feedback and metrics, you will iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Your leadership will foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team, encouraging team members to push boundaries and explore new ideas.

In addition to leading design projects, you will represent the design team in strategic discussions, advocating for user-centered design principles and the importance of design in achieving business objectives.
