Supplier Development Engineer - LATAM

Who you are

You have a strong background in supplier development and engagement, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with manufacturing partners. You understand the complexities of production programs and are skilled at coaching partners on industry best practices related to documentation, finishing processes, and quality assurance. You are proactive in managing supplier performance and risk, ensuring that partners are prepared for complex projects in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, and medical.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a bridge between internal technical sales and sourcing teams and external supplier networks. You will focus on engaging new supplier partners and facilitating their success on the Xometry platform. Your responsibilities will include optimizing supplier performance, managing risks associated with production deals, and ensuring that partners are equipped to handle high-stakes projects. You will also coach partners on best practices to enhance their capabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
