Who you are

You have over 4 years of product management experience in a B2B or enterprise software environment — you've successfully delivered software products or services at scale and brought them to market. Your strong technical background includes hands-on experience in software development or engineering, allowing you to leverage technical expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet customer needs.

You excel at managing complexity and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority — your ability to drive alignment across engineering, data, sales, and marketing teams is a key strength. You are adept at defining and articulating product vision and roadmaps, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the development lifecycle.

Your experience includes collaborating with customers to gather product requirements and enhance the overall customer experience — you understand the importance of user feedback in shaping product direction. You are a clear communicator, capable of conveying project status, risks, and accomplishments to both internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or related fields would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and tools that facilitate product management processes. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a knack for analyzing market trends to inform product strategy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product vision and roadmap for Axonius' enterprise cybersecurity products — your strategic initiatives will directly impact the company's B2B cybersecurity portfolio. You will drive execution throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that measurable outcomes are achieved. Collaborating closely with customers, you will gather product requirements and direct the product roadmap to enhance the overall customer experience.

As the cross-functional leader for the product, you will partner with engineering, data, sales, and marketing teams to deliver the final product — your leadership will be crucial in managing product rollouts and learning processes. You will communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
