Telligen is seeking a Home and Community Based Services Specialist to evaluate HCBS provider quality and ensure compliance with regulations. This role requires expertise in onboarding and technical assistance for HCBS providers in Iowa.
You have a strong background in Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and understand the importance of provider quality and compliance with state and federal regulations. You are skilled in evaluating HCBS waiver, habilitation, and self-directed services, ensuring they meet industry best practices. Your experience includes providing technical assistance to HCBS provider applicants, helping them navigate the onboarding process effectively. You are based in North or Central Iowa or Western Iowa, which is essential for this role.
In this position, you will focus on evaluating the quality of HCBS providers, ensuring they comply with all relevant rules and laws. You will assist in the onboarding process for new HCBS provider applicants, providing them with the necessary technical assistance to develop and implement their policies and procedures. Your role will involve conducting initial quality oversight reviews to assess the providers' adherence to standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience and ensure that all providers are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
