Webflow is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with customers and ensure their success with the Webflow platform. You'll help clients understand the capabilities of the platform and how it can meet their business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
You have a strong background in solutions engineering, ideally with experience in a customer-facing role where you've successfully partnered with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and success. You are fluent in German, which enables you to engage effectively with German-speaking clients and stakeholders. You are passionate about technology and have a keen interest in digital experience platforms, understanding how they can transform businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their strategic objectives and technical requirements. You will architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that showcase the capabilities of the Webflow platform, helping clients visualize how it can meet their business goals. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process, providing technical expertise and insights that help close deals. Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers to influence product direction and ensure that the Webflow platform continues to evolve in line with market needs. You will also participate in onboarding sessions, including an in-person session in San Francisco, to ensure you are fully equipped to represent the company and its offerings.
