What you'll do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at CompStak, you will take ownership of the Exchange & Enterprise applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our users. You will collaborate with a small, senior team to design and implement features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include optimizing application performance, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices in frontend development. You will work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that the applications are not only functional but also visually appealing and intuitive.

You will analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement, iterating on features based on real-world usage. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.

You will participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve team dynamics and project outcomes.
