Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes customer engagement and network design, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects effectively. You have experience with process capability assessment and operational support systems, which allows you to navigate the intricacies of project execution. You are skilled in reporting and technology sales, enabling you to communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure project alignment with business goals.

Your experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects has equipped you with the skills to coordinate diverse teams and drive projects to successful completion. You understand the importance of network configuration and operational analysis, which are critical in overseeing the reliability and performance of network infrastructure. You believe that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all, reflecting your commitment to comprehensive solutions.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role involves working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will coordinate efforts across various offices and time zones, ensuring that all players are informed about progress and deadlines. Your projects will often span multiple regions, requiring you to manage the end-to-end service journey from initial customer onboarding to capacity upgrades and decommissioning.

You will partner with Sales to provide technical validation and solutioning for international connectivity products, ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solutions. Your leadership will extend to overseeing regional governance cadences, where you will manage network changes, maintenance, and risk mitigation. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between engineering teams and network operations teams, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
