What you'll do

As a Technical Lead at CI&T, you will be responsible for leading a development team in high-impact projects — your role will involve mentoring team members, providing continuous support, and ensuring the implementation of best engineering practices. You will design, review, and implement solutions using .NET 8.0 and C#, focusing on quality, performance, and scalability. Your expertise will guide architectural decisions, where you will define technical standards and strategies that align with project goals.

You will integrate backend systems with Angular 16+, ensuring seamless communication and functionality across applications. Your role will also involve applying and promoting best practices such as Clean Code and SOLID principles, which are essential for maintaining high-quality code. You will conduct technical reviews and implement unit tests using xUnit to guarantee the reliability of the solutions developed by your team.

In addition, you will plan, implement, and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines, streamlining the deployment process and enhancing the team's efficiency. Your involvement in messaging architecture will be crucial, as you will work on integrating various systems and ensuring they communicate effectively.
