Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Painter to join their team in Tolleson, AZ. You'll be responsible for professional automotive painting, including blending and paint correcting vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive painting.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills in blending adjacent panels and paint correcting vehicles are well-honed, allowing you to deliver high-quality results consistently. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of working efficiently and are willing to adapt to business needs, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technologies in automotive painting is a plus. You may also have familiarity with training programs that help entry-level employees develop their skills and advance in their careers. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this role.
As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools to achieve the best results. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted to the highest standards and delivered on time. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
