Who you are

You have a strong background in partnerships and growth strategies, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships. Your experience includes working with culturally relevant brands and understanding the dynamics of the partnerships landscape. You are data-driven and can evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to drive customer growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate partnership strategies effectively to stakeholders.

What you'll do

As the Growth Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and building partnerships that directly contribute to customer growth for Cash App. You will lead initiatives to deepen existing enterprise partnerships and create new ones, ensuring that Cash App remains a preferred choice for payments and engagement. You will oversee the scaled episodic program, integrating partnerships into various marketing channels, including podcasts and custom integrations. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that partnerships are structured and activated effectively.
