What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing Salesforce to support the growth of Mindbody's operations. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance their workflows. Your responsibilities will include managing user accounts, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity within the Salesforce platform. You will also be involved in training users on best practices and new features, helping them maximize their use of Salesforce. Additionally, you will collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
