You have a strong background in employee learning and development, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing learning programs that drive employee engagement and performance. You understand the importance of aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals and have a proven track record of facilitating effective onboarding processes. Your expertise in identifying critical skills of the future allows you to create innovative learning experiences that resonate with employees and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

You are adept at leveraging technology to enhance learning solutions, including the use of AI to scale learning initiatives. Your experience with Learning Management Systems enables you to facilitate asynchronous learning effectively, ensuring that employees have access to the resources they need to succeed. You are a collaborative partner, working closely with business leaders and HRBPs to deliver tailored solutions that accelerate employee growth and development.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions. You are passionate about creating scalable solutions that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and mindsets necessary to thrive in a fast-changing environment. What you'll do

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of learning projects that align with MongoDB's culture and people objectives. You will design comprehensive strategies to improve employee onboarding, incorporating training, tooling, and measurement to ensure effectiveness. You will identify opportunities for AI-assisted learning solutions, implementing innovative approaches to scale learning across the organization.

You will collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to create solutions that address capability gaps and enhance employee growth. This includes developing a manager effectiveness dashboard to identify and address training needs. You will facilitate asynchronous learning through our Learning Management System, ensuring that employees can access learning resources at their convenience.

Your role will involve creating scalable learning experiences, playbooks, tools, and communication cascades that empower employees to live our values and serve our customers effectively. You will continuously assess the impact of learning initiatives, using data to refine and improve programs over time.
