Cribl is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to enhance procurement processes through automation and AI. You'll design data-driven workflows and streamline operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to improving procurement efficiency.
You have a strong background in procurement operations, with a focus on automation and AI — you've successfully implemented innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience. Your experience includes end-to-end procurement processes, from intake to contracting, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can experiment and innovate. You are data-driven and enjoy leveraging technology to solve complex problems, ensuring that procurement supports the business effectively. You understand the importance of customer-centric approaches and are motivated to improve processes that impact the overall experience.
Experience with AI tools and automation technologies is a plus — you have a keen interest in how these can be applied to procurement workflows. Familiarity with data analysis and spend analysis tools will help you excel in this role, as will your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
In this role, you will own and evolve the procurement operating engine, designing highly automated workflows that leverage AI to streamline processes. You will identify opportunities for automation and innovation, improving speed and accuracy in procurement operations. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire procurement process, ensuring that all intake, approvals, and contracting are handled efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and continuously improve how procurement supports the business.
