Flex is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead their direct-to-consumer marketing strategy. You'll focus on growing adoption outside of their property network using analytical expertise and performance marketing knowledge. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in performance marketing, with at least 5 years of experience leading marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition and engagement. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance marketing strategies. You possess deep knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing, and you understand how to leverage these channels to maximize ROI. You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also paying attention to the details that matter. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams to achieve common goals. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you enjoy mentoring and developing your team to reach their full potential.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that drives user adoption of Flex's innovative rent payment solutions. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, guiding them in the development of campaigns that resonate with target audiences and convert leads into customers. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth, as well as optimizing existing marketing efforts to improve performance. You will collaborate closely with the product team to ensure that marketing strategies align with product offerings and user needs. Additionally, you will oversee the management of marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be accountable for measuring and reporting on the success of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
