Deliveroo is seeking a Restaurant Onboarding Associate - French Speaking to support new restaurant partners in their onboarding process. You'll engage with partners, answer questions, and ensure a smooth transition onto the platform. Fluency in French and English is required for this role.
You are a native or fluent French speaker with strong English skills, ready to engage with new restaurant partners and help them navigate the onboarding process. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to provide high levels of service and support to our partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making regular calls to assist restaurants in getting set up with Deliveroo. Your organizational skills enable you to maintain daily call plans and achieve challenging KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction. You have a passion for food and a desire to be part of a rapidly growing startup in the food delivery space.
Experience in customer service or operations is a plus, as well as familiarity with the restaurant industry. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams will help you succeed in this role.
As a Restaurant Onboarding Associate, you will be the face of Deliveroo for our newest restaurant partners, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively. You will work closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to provide a seamless experience for our partners. Your role will involve answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support as restaurants begin taking orders. You will be responsible for meeting tight turnaround times and maintaining a high level of service throughout the onboarding journey. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the Restaurant Onboarding Team and help Deliveroo maintain its reputation for excellent partner support.
Deliveroo offers a competitive base salary of £26,600, with the potential for a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly. After passing your probation period, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, balancing time between the office and remote work.
