As an EMEA Portfolio Analyst you will support the development and delivery of sustainable and employee-centric workplace strategies across 86 countries, optimizing our 8.6MM RSF portfolio. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Amazon's EMEA real estate landscape. You'll collaborate with EMEA Portfolio Strategists and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, as well as develop insights and reporting to support the delivery of innovative strategies that align with business needs and support our commitment to sustainability.

The candidate must be able to balance frugality with creativity in offering solutions and approach problem-solving with an emphasis on root cause. An ideal candidate is able to navigate high level of ambiguity and demonstrate a bias for action, taking calculated risks in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic documents for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Support the Portfolio Strategists in developing 10-year city-wide Masterplan frameworks providing a holistic long-term strategic vision that aligns with broader Amazon goals within an urban, developmental policies and trends (geopolitical, social and economic) context.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, real estate trends and utilization insights, and translate them into actionable real estate strategies.
• Leverage technology to enhance decision-making through real estate research and analytics.
• Maintain and update real estate portfolio databases and tracking systems.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the portfolio.

About the team
We're a diverse and inclusive group of professionals passionate about real estate and innovation. Our team values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. • Experience in data analysis, real estate analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with real estate portfolio management software or business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
