SecurityScorecard is hiring a Country Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Taiwan. You'll be part of a high-performing sales team focused on cybersecurity ratings. This role requires strong sales acumen and the ability to thrive under pressure.
You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors — your experience has equipped you with the skills to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture. Your ability to share best practices and support your colleagues is a key part of your success. You are results-oriented and have a strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Experience in cybersecurity or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders. A background in managing a sales team or mentoring junior sales staff would be beneficial, as you enjoy helping others succeed.
As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Taiwanese market. You will identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, leveraging your understanding of the cybersecurity landscape to position SecurityScorecard as a leader in the field. You will work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives and ensure that messaging resonates with your target audience.
You will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform your sales tactics and adjust your approach as necessary. Regularly reporting on sales performance and forecasting will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to onboarding and support.
