You have a proven track record in revenue strategy and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights that drive business growth. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product strategies. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams effectively, fostering a culture of accountability and performance. You are motivated by results and have a strong understanding of the SMB landscape, allowing you to tailor strategies that resonate with this segment. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable making decisions based on data and market trends.

Desirable
