What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute the comprehensive vendor governance framework for Roblox, ensuring that all vendor operations adhere to legal and corporate standards. You will lead a team responsible for managing the vendor lifecycle, from due diligence to performance offboarding, and will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage with executive stakeholders to provide strategic oversight and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for developing policies and procedures that govern vendor operations, ensuring that all processes are compliant with relevant regulations. You will conduct regular assessments of vendor performance and compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance and accountability within your team and across the organization.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance-related issues that arise and will serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related inquiries. Your ability to analyze data and generate insights will be essential in informing decision-making and driving strategic initiatives.
