You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on building data-intensive services — your experience includes working with APIs and SDKs to support complex data workflows. You understand the importance of data integrity and reliability, especially in the context of large-scale training and experimentation workloads. Your familiarity with Large Language Models and Reinforcement Learning allows you to contribute effectively to innovative AI projects. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product engineers and researchers to enhance the data platform.
Experience with multi-modal training data and the challenges associated with ingesting, processing, and distributing it will set you apart. Familiarity with evolving data schemas and the ability to adapt to changing research directions is a plus. You are comfortable with the fast-paced nature of research and development, and you are eager to contribute to high-risk, high-reward projects.
In this role, you will build and operate reliable backend services that support continuous ingestion and use of multi-modal training data. You will identify and implement improvements to the data platform, ensuring it can handle evolving data sources and schemas.
