About the position:

AvePoint is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to recruit, convert, and enable prospective MSP’s and VAR partners.  In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, building partner relationships, and other elements of the presales cycle leading to transaction and sell through to the partners customer base.  

We are looking for creative thinkers who are confident and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. You take pride in seeing your hard work pay off when you see the final results and are determined to help others succeed. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively source new prospects 
  • Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing MSP Partners 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and strong build local relationships to drive results    
  • Partner Sourced Revenue Target Achievement 

What you will bring to our team:

  • 7+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere, ideally with focus on MSPs
  • 5+ years of previous solution sales experience
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field
  • Proven track record of exceeding business development, partner recruitment, and revenue generation targets.
  • Expertise in end-to-end partner enablement and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong ability to create and present quantified business cases with partners, building mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands seamlessly.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills to articulate company vision, product changes, and adapting to new strategies - must be business fluent in German & English
  • Ability to execute in an environment where priorities change quickly, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and problem solving skills 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and detail oriented  
  • Willingness to learn
