MongoDB is seeking a Commercial Growth Account Executive to identify new workloads and expand usage of their Database as a Service, Atlas. You'll work closely with customers to enhance their experience and drive adoption. This role requires strong communication and sales skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on identifying new workloads to expand MongoDB's usage within accounts already leveraging Atlas. You will engage with customers at various stages of their journey, providing insights into the continuous evolution of MongoDB's developer data platform. Your responsibilities will include fostering greater adoption of MongoDB's features, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving retention. You will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customers receive the best possible support and guidance. You will also be responsible for tracking customer engagement and success metrics to inform your strategies and improve outcomes.
