Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid social efforts across LinkedIn and Meta. You will lead strategy and execution end-to-end, from planning and testing to optimizing and scaling campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact. This role is ideal for marketers who combine strong analytical and creative skills with a strong sense of ownership. It suits self-driven professionals who thrive working independently in a fast-paced, performance-focused B2B environment, marketing to enterprise audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage paid social channels end-to-end (LinkedIn & Meta): planning, execution, optimization, experimentation, and scaling to hit aggressive KPIs.
  • Analyze performance using advanced analytics and BI tools, focusing on a clear primary KPI supported by leading indicators to drive prioritization and decision-making toward targets.
  • Design and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, messaging, and funnels to improve efficiency and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner closely with content, creative, product marketing, localization, analytics, and sales to build world-class ads and funnels that speak directly to customer pain points.
  • Apply AI tools, automation, and new platform capabilities to improve targeting, ad copy creation, creative iteration, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage campaigns across multiple regions and languages, operating at global scale and complexity.
  • Communicate insights, learnings, and performance clearly to global stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong technical foundation (tracking, attribution, data integrity), including building dashboards and shaping a clear data view that supports confident decision-making.
  • Own outcomes beyond clicks and conversions by monitoring lead quality through the funnel and partnering with sales to ensure campaigns drive high-quality pipeline.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills with a proven ability to make rigorous, data-driven decisions based on statistically significant results.
  • Keen eye for detail and high standards for execution quality.
  • Self-starter mindset with extreme ownership - able to independently identify what needs to be done and execute without constant guidance.
  • Highly motivated, hungry for challenge, and driven to exceed ambitious targets.
  • Creative marketing thinker who enjoys collaborating with creative teams to craft compelling ads and funnels.
  • Hands-on experience working with analytics, attribution, and BI tools to analyze B2B full-funnel performance.
  • Treats AI as mission-critical, with experience leveraging automation and advanced tools as force multipliers across paid marketing efforts.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing complexity across markets, tools, and stakeholders.
  • Fluent, professional English with strong written communication skills.
