You have a strong background in user experience design, with at least 5 years of experience creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your expertise in Figma allows you to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience. You understand the importance of user research and usability testing, and you are skilled at gathering feedback to iterate on your designs. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets user needs and business goals. You are passionate about the beauty and wellness industry and are excited to contribute to a product that helps clients streamline their operations and improve customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As the Lead UX Designer at Zenoti, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts for our all-in-one cloud-based software solution. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of our users, and you will use this information to inform your design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas and solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. You will also mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles. Your work will directly impact the user experience of our platform, helping to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
