TripActions is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to scale their Navan Expense product line. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. This role requires expertise in finance and strong communication skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within a fintech company. Your ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment sets you apart. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. Your track record of high performance and success demonstrates your capability to exceed goals and drive results. You are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers and prospects, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships and understand their needs.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at TripActions, you will play a crucial role in scaling the Navan Expense product. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams, working collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping Account Managers expand the Expense product offerings within current strategic travel accounts. You will implement the Expense solution and increase adoption within the Enterprise market segment, leveraging your knowledge of the expense management platform and corporate credit card solutions. By understanding client needs, you will assist in developing effective strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the overall client experience.
