With at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, you have developed a keen understanding of the skills and qualifications necessary for technical roles, particularly in AI and construction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple open positions while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

You are data-driven and utilize metrics to track the progress of open positions, optimizing the recruitment workflow to ensure a seamless candidate experience. You are familiar with various recruitment tools and platforms, and you leverage technology to enhance your sourcing strategies. You have a passion for building diverse teams and understand the importance of inclusivity in the hiring process. You are proactive in seeking out innovative ways to attract candidates and are always looking for opportunities to improve the recruitment process.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be pivotal in driving PermitFlow's growth by identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our company goals. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates will be key in ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

You will track the progress of open positions, utilizing data and metrics to optimize the recruitment workflow and improve efficiency. You will also be responsible for creating engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities, while highlighting the unique aspects of working at PermitFlow. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will mentor junior recruiters and share best practices to enhance the overall recruitment strategy.

You will participate in employer branding initiatives, showcasing PermitFlow as an employer of choice in the AI and construction sectors. You will attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates and promote our mission. Your insights and feedback will be valuable in shaping our recruitment processes and ensuring we attract the best talent in the market.
