Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience in supporting HR functions within a global organization. Your expertise includes developing HR solutions that align with business needs, and you are comfortable working closely with various stakeholders to deliver effective HR support. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to adding value to the HR function. You understand the importance of local HR practices and are eager to develop towards an HR Business Partner role.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or cybersecurity environment is a plus, as is familiarity with HR project management. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle from hiring to retirement, ensuring that HR practices are effectively implemented across the organization. You will collaborate with Global HR Business Partners to align local HR strategies with global initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the HR function. You will also be involved in delivering HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Your role will require you to provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, helping them navigate complex employee issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
