Replit is seeking a Field Engineer to serve as the technical cornerstone for their largest enterprise accounts. You'll manage post-sales relationships and support pre-sales technical evaluations. This role requires strong technical acumen and customer engagement skills.
You have a strong technical background and experience in managing enterprise accounts — you understand the complexities of post-sales support and pre-sales technical evaluations. You thrive in a hybrid role where you can engage with customers and drive adoption of innovative software solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in your approach, ensuring that enterprise customers not only use Replit but also become advocates for the platform. You are comfortable working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers, collaborating to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Experience in software development or engineering is a plus, as it will help you understand the needs of your customers better. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms can also enhance your ability to support clients effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies, which is essential in a fast-paced environment like Replit.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with Replit's largest enterprise accounts. You will engage in post-sales activities, focusing on driving adoption, expansion, and retention of the platform.
