Databricks is seeking a Lead Adoption Architect to drive financial performance and field effectiveness for their product line. You'll collaborate with PMs and GTM teams to establish strategies for product adoption. This role requires extensive experience in the data analytics space.
You have over 10 years of experience in the data analytics space, allowing you to understand and prioritize product capabilities effectively. As a trusted advisor to technical executives, you excel in building relationships and aligning product strategies with business objectives. Your expertise in product adoption strategies enables you to create scalable and repeatable programs that drive significant business outcomes.
You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and go-to-market teams, to develop playbooks that enhance product adoption. Your ability to collect and analyze signals from the field helps establish product-market fit, ensuring that the products meet customer needs and expectations. You thrive in environments where you can influence strategic decisions and represent the field perspective in product development.
Your experience includes triaging product escalations and prioritizing customer blockers to maximize the impact of product development on the field. You are adept at creating communities of embedded product leads across the organization, fostering accountability and driving behavior that aligns with product goals. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and execute on objectives that lead to meaningful business unit outcomes.
Experience in leading product adoption initiatives in a technology-driven environment is a plus. Familiarity with financial performance metrics and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As the Lead Adoption Architect at Databricks, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance and field effectiveness of a specific product line. You will work closely with product managers and go-to-market teams to lay out the playbook for product priorities, ensuring that all actions align with the overall strategy.
