PhonePe is seeking a Specialist - HR Compliance to manage end-to-end administration and compliance related to PF and other social security regulations. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR compliance frameworks.
You are a detail-oriented professional with experience in HR compliance, particularly in managing social security regulations such as PF. You understand the importance of compliance in the HR function and are committed to ensuring that all processes are followed meticulously. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are able to navigate complex regulatory environments with ease. Your communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring that compliance is integrated into the broader HR strategy. You are passionate about creating a fair and equitable workplace, and you believe in the importance of upholding the highest standards of compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of HR compliance processes, ensuring that all activities related to PF and other social security regulations are executed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with legal requirements and best practices. You will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure that compliance standards are met consistently. Additionally, you will provide training and support to HR staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. You will also stay updated on changes in regulations and advise the HR team on necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
